Long-Term Care

Staffed by caring and attentive professionals, Covenant Nursing Home provides the elderly with familiar, all-embracing care in a welcoming, home-like environment. Residents are assured 24-hour skilled nursing care, and that all of their needs are met with warmth, dignity and respect.

Residents with Alzheimer’s disease and memory loss are cared for in a secure and supportive setting. Our caregivers are trained in memory care and their primary goal is to make every day the best it can be.

Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing

The goal for residents recuperating from surgery or illness is their independence and functionality. Every resident’s singular needs are addressed in a well-developed personal plan of care. To assure the best possible outcomes, residents benefit from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and highly trained rehab personnel.

Our specialized rehabilitation expertise encompasses joint replacement, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, cardiac care, stroke and neurological conditions.

Hospice

Hospice is a philosophy of care for people who are living with an advanced or life-limiting illness. It is designed to provide not only medical care, but also social, psychological and spiritual support delivered by an interdisciplinary hospice team that may include a nurse, social worker, chaplain and other professionals. Covenant Nursing Home contracts with multiple hospice agencies to provide palliative support care to individuals who are facing a life-limiting illness.

Hospice care is a benefit covered in full by Medicare and most private insurances.
